    (CPD Certified) Pad work (boxing), Suspension Training (TRX), Bootcamp and circuits, Kettlebells

    A mix of bodyweight and resistance training workout, tailored to you. All workouts will be done in a safe manner - focusing on correct technique for injury prevention and to work more efficiently.

  • DANCE TEACHER / CHOREOGRAPHER

    ISTD DDE Qualification, Level 6 Diploma from Northern Ballet School

    Specialising in Heels and Commercial. Focusing on improving versatility, confidence, and technique. The focal point is the individual’s growth and progress, and improving choreography retention

  • SPORTS MASSAGE

    (CPD Certified) Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Sports massage therapy

    Consultation form to be filled on upon arrival, and I analyse and identify the problems before beginning treatment. Additional stretch and strengthening programmes are also available to prevent pain and injury from reoccurring.

  • VEGAN NUTRITION

    (CPD Certified) Vegan Nutritionist Diploma Centre of Excellence

    Offering a nutrition plan suited to you and your goals, to realistically achieve a healthy lifestyle, rather than a short diet plan. The plan will be focused on healthy swaps, rather than restrictive eating.

I specialise in helping you to take your passion to a professional standard, with the help of good nutrition, physical training, massage therapy, injury prevention, and strength training to elevate your dance skills.

I help those who want to increase their confidence, improve on their dancing, ready to take their artistry to the next level.

Having worked with athletes and professional dancers, I have seen how mindset, focus, and visualisation are necessary to succeed in athletic competitions and dance auditions.

I aim to tackle the lack of support and education available to aspiring dancers, to help unlearn negative mindsets that hold you back from reaching your goals.

A 6-8 week intimate course to develop yourself as an athletic artist, and to equip you with tools that you can utilise throughout your career

 
  • Initial Assessment (in-person/zoom) - analysing the individual’s focuses and goals, setting intention, discussing strengths and weaknesses - create a session plan

  • Choreography sessions - detailed explanation and demonstrations of choreography in different contexts, eg. stage, dancing for a camera.

  • Dance-based exercises are provided to allow you to excel based on your chosen style of focus (commercial, heels, open style, freestyle, contemporary, technique)

  • Personal Training sessions specifically for dancers, tailored for you - 2x week (1hr each): each week focusing on a different method - agility, strength, speed, power, mobility and flexibility

  • Mindset & Confidence sessions - learn confidence-building techniques, and how to properly set affirmations and conduct visualisations.

  • Custom plant-based nutrition plan, and nutritional guidance throughout 

  • 1hr Private dance class per week

  • Video analysis with detailed feedback

  • Weekly check-ins (through Zoom, WhatsApp) to stay committed, focused & motivated

  • 1 hr Sports Massage Treatment per month + stretches and rehabilitation exercises to encourage career longevity

(Zoom clients won’t have access to the sports massage treatment, but can choose an extra service per month - eg. dance, vegan nutrition, personal training)
